Registry Easy fixed my slow computer!

After installing and uninstalling hundreds of programs on my computer over the years, you can imagine how slow my computer has been running. Not only that, it also crashes frequently. I’ve read about software called registry cleaners that can fix these problems, but with so many choices on the market which one is the best?

This is where other people can benefit from all the research that I did online. After reading quite a few registry cleaner reviews, I came to realize that a lot of people have used a registry cleaner called Registry Easy with great success.

All the positive reviews that I read on Registry Easy convinced me to at least download their program and do a free scan. Boy was I shocked when Registry Easy found over 800 problems that caused my computer so many problems. I didn’t hesitate to buy the software and I’m sure glad I did because it fixed all the errors.

But the real proof is that after using Registry Easy my computer experienced these performance boosts:

decreased boot up time from 3 minutes to 1 minute

no more computer crashes

multiple programs running at once without slowing down

in general, programs run a lot faster

Overall, Registry Easy was very easy to use and instantly improved the speed of my computer. It was a small price to pay to have my laptop running at optimal levels again, just like when i first bought it. I saved myself a lot of money by using Registry Easy instead of paying a couple hundred dollars to some computer technician.

Update: Here’s someone that read my blog and had similar success with Registry Easy:

How to Fix a Slow Computer

When we first purchase our new computer, it is running at its optimal conditions. There is no unwanted information stored and the computer is without clutter. However over time, as we use our computer for various tasks, installing and uninstalling different software programs, the computer starts slow down. Not only that, but the computer freezes a lot while you are working, and sometimes, you may even experience the Blue Screen of Death that completely halts your system and force a reboot. Errors in your computer can lead to slow computing and frequent crashes. These troublesome errors will eventually lead to a lost of important data in your computer. Sometimes, you have the chance to recover lost data, but that is only if you created backups before hand.

What Causes my Computer to Slow Down?

Whether it is a slow computer or frequent computer errors, the most likely culprit is errors in the system registry also known as windows registry. The windows registry is a database in your computer that stores all settings, options, and preferences that is necessary for the computer to function. An error-free windows registry is so vital to your computer’s functionality that even a few problems in the registry can cause your computer major problems.

Registry errors occur for many reasons including incorrect uninstallation of applications, file downloads, changes in system and network configurations, and a lot of every day tasks that you perform on your computer. Most of us install and then uninstall software on our computers that they are bound to cause registry conflicts, registry bloating due to the accumulation of a large number of unwanted information, and severe registry damage.

How to Fix Registry Errors

The best way to fix registry errors is by using a registry cleaner. Registry cleaners is a type of software program that removes configuration data from the Windows Registry that is no longer in use or that is unwanted on the system. This data may include information left by software that has not been uninstalled completely from the computer, information that is no longer of use.

There are quite a few registry cleaners on the market today. I have personally tried almost a dozen of these programs and have found that Registry Easy is the best of the bunch.
Click here to read about the success I’ve had with Registry Easy.

Windows registry is a database that stores data that the operating system continually uses during operation including each user’s profile, the programs installed on the computer and the document types that each application can create, folder and application icon settings, hardware used on the system, and the ports being used.

A new computer will run quickly because the windows registry is small and efficient. Over time, your computer’s registry will become more cluttered when software programs are installed and uninstalled. This is because uninstalling a software program does not remove it from the registry entirely. Parts of the software is usually still on your computer. Over time, these remaining parts can create errors and will slow your computer.

The solution of course is to fix these errors in the windows registry. However, one should not start deleting registry errors on your own because the registry is very complex and can lead to even more serious problems. Instead, a better way to clean up your registry is to use a windows registry cleaner software and run it periodically.

Many registry cleaner software include a feature to automatically backup your computer. That means you can back up the windows registry before the cleaner deletes anything. In the event something important is deleted, you will have a back up of your registry. Safely clean and repair your windows registry with registry cleaner software.

A windows registry cleaner will scan and effectively fix registry errors. Registry cleaners can improve the speed and functionality of your computer.

Are Registry Cleaners Safe To Use?

The system registry is a file located within all computers that run Microsoft Windows as an operating system. This file is responsible for recording and maintaining a wealth of information that is needed not only by Windows, but by almost every program that runs on the computer.

The registry keeps track of information like hardware setups, custom user settings, and program options for individual applications. The applications themselves actually access the file to read and write information as needed, storing everything in one convenient central location.

The registry also contains information that programs need to execute properly. This includes locations of important files, directories, and system information. Much of this data is inserted into the file when a program is installed, and it is usually updated as changes are made.

With every program, and the operating system itself, looking to the registry for direction, the importance cannot be understated. Even minor errors can cause major problems.

No program is perfect though. One vulnerability of the registry appears when it is time to uninstall an application. Part of the responsibility of un-installation is to remove now defunct entries from the registry. If this does not happen, then dozens, or even hundreds, of invalid entries will remain written into the file.

The more bad information that is stored in the registry, the longer it will take for a computer to boot-up. Performance when running certain programs may suffer as the system attempts to find files that are no longer there or have been moved.

In fact, the larger the build-up of unwanted, invalid information, the greater the risk of new programs not installing or running correctly. Fortunately, programs exist that can help remedy this problem.

Registry cleaners are programs that are designed to scrutinize a system registry file and reconcile each entry. By removing old entries, finding moved files for existing ones, and even adding new entries that were missing, system performance can be drastically improved.

A registry cleaner actually manipulates the system file, which leads to the question: Are registry cleaners safe? The answer is almost always yes. While the program will move through the file and change items, it will do so according to strict rules. The only threat here can come from a poorly made program, or from direct user input to modify the registry in harmful ways.

Add to this the fact that any decent cleaning software will first create a backup of the registry, and a system restore point, and almost all fears can be placed aside.

It is very important to make sure the registry cleaner you choose has backup and other safety options. Sometimes unforeseen events (like bad disk sectors, etc) can corrupt a perfect cleaning session.

It is a good idea to run a registry cleaner every time you uninstall software. It is also good to periodically run a cleaner just in case. Taking these simple steps will ensure that you are getting the maximum performance from your computer.

Besides the points already mentioned most registry cleaning programs also have a start-up manager. This one feature alone can really give your computer boost in speed. By stopping all the auto starting programs that do not need to run your computer will boot and load faster. Some good examples of this is the Itunes Helper and Kodak Easy Share software. Sure you still want the Kodak Easy Share software on your computer but why have it pre-load. The same can be said for the ITunes helper. Yes you may use the help function but it does not need to pre-load on your computer. When you want help you will simply select the help button in the Itunes program.

Registry Easy gets my vote for the best registry repair. You can read how I fixed my computer’s registry errors with it here.

How to Get Rid of All the Registry Errors

One main reason for a slow computer is an error in the registry. The operating system has a large database that stores all necessary files, information and keys needed by your computer to operate. When this registry becomes too big, your computer starts to slow down its operation. This means that it is already suffering from a registry error. The best-known way to solve this problem is to get a registry cleaner. A cleaner software is a program that will fix damaged files and shut off programs that only waste registry space. Choosing the right cleaner is a critical task as it is important for your software to match your personal computer. If your software is not a match to your operating system, you could end up having more errors than you previously had.

You will know that you purchased the right cleaner if it allows you to repair your registry easily. A valuable registry repair should allow you to create backups of the computer files so that you can retrieve the old ones if any problems arise. Your registry should also do full scans in order to distinguish unnecessary and invalid files. You should make sure that your registry cleaner will get rid of keys set in your hard drive by viruses, spyware and adware. A good and compatible registry repair should also permit you to do defragmenting of the registry and scheduling of comprehensive scans.

It is very important for your operating system to be working well in order for your computer to perform at its best. A single registry error can cause a decline of speed in your system. You should regularly perform scans and cleanups for both problems and spyware to prevent any more registry errors from happening. Find a software that you can put your trust into, one that is compatible with your system and performs registry cleanups at its best.

From my personal experience Registry Easy is the most effective in repairing your computer registry.

Fixing a Missing or Corrupt Hal DLL File

If your computer runs slower than it normally does and is constantly freezing and crashing, there is an issue with your registry. The registry is the large database of your computer that stores files, instructions and keys needed by your machine to function. Every new file is being stored in the registry. When you use your computer often, more files are added to the registry. These files consume registry space and add up to the clutter. The many files stored in the registry cause it to corrupt.

You can get back the speed of your computer by fixing the registry on your own, but this procedure is not recommended as a slight mistake can cause a big damage to your hard drive. It is better to get a registry cleaner to fix the problem of your computer registry. With a registry cleaner, you are assured that you do not mess up anything that will damage your whole operating system.

The benefits of fixing your computer with a registry cleaner:

• A registry cleaner is easily down-loadable and installable. This is advantageous for people who do not know a lot about computers.
• This program has an interface that can easily be understood.
• A full scan for errors can be done in just minutes.
• The program provides a backup of the registry.
• Scheduling system scans can be done to your liking.
• Scan progress is immediately viewable.
• Customer support can be gotten 24/7.
• Windows supports most registry cleaners.

Once you are finally able to clean your registry, the damaged files that cause the slowness of your computer are eradicated and you will no longer receive weird notices like “HAL DLL is missing or corrupt.” With a registry cleaner, you will also be able to save dollars as you do not have to run to a computer repair shop to have your machine fixed.

My personal experience has shown that Registry Easy is the best registry cleaner on the market today.

Prevent Your Computer From Freezing and Crashing

If you are using a computer on a Microsoft Windows operating system, have you ever experienced it slowing down in such a way that programs take a long time to load, start-ups and shutdowns take forever, and the entire system would just suddenly freeze? Have you also experienced web pages taking more than five minutes to load? These problems are not uncommon among Windows users and most, if not all, of the time they would just leave it that way without any initiative to repair or improve the overall performance of their computers. And because of this, these problems worsen and eventually cause the computer to crash and slow down even more.

So what exactly is the main problem or cause of such computer issues? It is usually the registry that has gone bad. Basically, the registry is a device needed for all Windows operating systems to operate and function properly. It is a large database that stores files that are created whenever you install or uninstall a program or when a command is created. Any command or action done, a file is created and the registry is accessed. Eventually, because of too many files the registry becomes too heavy and bulky, leading to a decline in the performance of your computer’s system. To put it simply, this is the main cause of slow start-ups, shutdowns, 5-minute loading time for web pages and applications, and the like.

If you’re thinking of attempting to improve the registry by yourself because you are too afraid to download programs off the Internet, think about the risks first. Remember that the registry is important and needed for your computer to function properly. One simple mistake could lead to the end of your computer usage and could mean a total re-installation of your Windows operating system. This takes up more time and more effort as compared to just simply scanning your computer with a professional registry cleaner.

Registry Easy gets my vote for the best registry repair.

How To Use PC Registry Cleaners

The Windows registry records everything that you do on your computer. This includes websites that you visit, images that you browse through, documents that you work on, software that you installed, device drivers and anything else that you can possibly do with your computer. Your computer will refer to your registry files in order to perform operations on your computer. Unfortunately, the registry has an insufficient self-cleaning architecture. Therefore, your registry will keep growing and your computer will start working slower, giving you unwanted error messages and even crashing. By using a registry cleaner to keep your registry clean and up-to-date you can solve these problems.

Before opting to use any of the PC registry cleaners that are available today you need to do your homework. Make sure that you read the instruction manual and help file that comes with these PC registry cleaners. While these programs do have easy to use navigation and help menus, it is better to know beforehand what you are doing.

You also need to know that these PC registry cleaners have a backup feature that will allow you to backup any files before you attempt to make any changes. It is important to take this step so that you will be able to return your computer to a previous point if you have an undesirable outcome.

Most PC registry cleaners look for missing file associations, DLL files, help files, system fonts and start-up programs as well as invalid device drivers, application paths and entries. They will also give you options so that you can selectively remove entries so that you will be able to avoid any accidents. Even so, you should still have all of your external device drivers available before using PC registry cleaners so that you will be able to re-install them if necessary. Some of these PC registry cleaners will also provide you with controls for IE, start-up programs as well as for adding and removing other programs.

There are some PC registry cleaners that you can get for free but these are not nearly as good as the ones that you pay for. They will simply scan for registry related errors and tell you what is causing your problem. Instead of opting for one of these free programs, you should purchase a program that will also remove any problems for you.

Registry Easy gets my vote for the best registry cleaner. You can read my success with it here.

By following few simple guidelines, it is possible to properly maintain and manage your computer’s resources in order to keep it running at optimum speed, at all times. However, in some cases, not all PC maintenance related tasks can be done manually, reason why it is recommended to consider the usage of professional software dedicated for particular maintenance routines.

Some of the most popular methods that can be used to speed up your computer are disk cleaning, data defragmentation, disk error checking and comprehensive antispyware or antivirus protection. Last but not least, due to the usual large amounts of software that are installed in any normal PC user operating system, Windows registry cleaning is also one of the most important computer speed maintenance tasks.

In order to speed up your computer, constant registry system maintenance is required. For the reason that this system has a high level of importance for the Windows operating system, any attempt at manual maintenance can proof to be both impractical and tedious. Due to this fact, automated software is used, as there can be hundreds or thousands of registry reference in need of a modification.

One of the most commonly used Windows registry maintenance tools is Registry Easy, a product marketed by one of the most important companies in the IT market. With a vast background experience in the field of Windows maintenance software, Registry Easy was designed to be intuitive, powerful and flexible, all in the same package. Some of the primary features that Registry Easy users benefit from are “backup and restore”, automatic registry repair or manual maintenance (for advanced users that are willing to take power into their own hands).

Corruption within registry keys, registry classes and common registry settings database sections are all causes of computer performance degradation and possible unexpected downtime due to various operating system failures. In order to properly address such problems, Registry Easy proposes a unique combination of program shortcuts maintenance, windows startup items management, invalid DLL entry removal and cleaning of empty registry keys.

All these features, combined with Registry Easy’s ability to properly backup and secure system settings, before any modification is made, insure the fact that every PC user will be able to speed up his computer in just a matter of minutes.

Why Use a Registry Cleaner?

A registry cleaner is a software application developed for the Microsoft Windows operating system with the purpose of automatically identifying and managing temporary or redundant registry data. For the reason that the Windows registry is a central settings and configurations database used by the Microsoft Windows operating system at every major process, constant maintenance is required, the same as with any other similar database.

The software applications that are currently on the market and known as effective registry cleaners are in high numbers, however, not all of them are efficient and not all of them do their job as supposed to. For this reason, it is strongly recommended for each PC user to first take the time to read some reviews and usability reports related to the application that they are evaluating and only then take the decision of actually purchasing the product. This is a crucial procedure, especially in the case of PC users with relatively no Windows registry cleaner related experience.

Experienced PC user or just PC enthusiast out of hobby, it is indeed recommended to use a registry cleaner for the reason that sooner or later the Windows registry will become crowded with invalid, temporary or redundant data that will have a major impact over the overall performance of the operating system. Due to the size and complexity of the structure of the Windows registry, any attempt at manually identifying such redundant database entries will be proof to be both impractical and inefficient due to the fact that the process will take too much time and will be completely unreliable.

Registry cleaners or registry cleanup software are designed to run completely automatically and are capable to identify, backup and remove redundant information from the Windows registry. Such an automatic process will be able to identify invalid Windows registry entries, missing file references and broken links in a record amount of time and with increased accuracy due to a set of pre-programmed procedures.

Experts believe that registry cleaner software will be a common Windows operating system maintenance tool for as long as the Windows registry is required to store and access application related data.
